2021 Enrolments and COVID-19

During this challenging time dealing with the restrictions of COVID-19, our usual transition programs have had to be cancelled or modified. We were disappointed not to be able to run our annual Open Night in March, our Expo Visits in April, and our Talk and Walk Tours.

To assist families who are enrolling a child/children for the 2021 school year, the following information outlines our modified enrolment and transition processes and timeline. As circumstances improve and change, we will endeavour to keep you updated.

Enrolment Applications were due by the end of May but we are continuing to reach out to families to ensure we have not overlooked anyone. We are now planning for the next step in the enrolment process, which is the Enrolment Discussions.

Current families are now not required to attend an Enrolment Discussion unless you have any concerns that you would like to discuss with your House Co-ordinator. A meeting can be arranged for you in this case. You will be notified of these options by mail/email in the near future.

Families who have indicated their child has transition and/or education concerns will be asked to attend an Enrolment Discussion at the College. These meetings will be scheduled during the second or third week of Term 3 (July) and families will be notified of these arrangements.

New families to the College will be invited to attend an Enrolment Discussion with a member of our Leadership Team. These meetings will be held at the College over a two week period. Appointments will be scheduled and details mailed to families.

Our Talk and Walk Tours have been modified and are being offered to families on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons at 3:30 pm. Unfortunately we are unable to have families on the premises whilst students are in class. If you are interested in seeing the College then you are asked to contact the Registrar to book a tour; numbers will be limited.

We are working on producing a Virtual Tour which will be available on our website; we hope to have this available in July. An on-line Information Session is also being planned if the COVID-19 restrictions are still in force in Term 3.

We would welcome your contact if you have any questions at all about our College and enrolments for 2021. You are able to contact our Registrar directly from the Enrolments tab on this website.
