Winter’s are Leaving

We note with a tinge of sadness the departure of Robin and Marilyn Winter from the Bairnsdale community. Robin was a long-time staff member at Nagle College, from 1980 to 2008. During that time Robin taught technology, visual arts, and fulfilled roles as diverse as Curriculum Co-ordinator, Yearbook Editor, creator of the Nagle News and official photographer. Robin's skills in graphic design shone through in the many publications, literature, invitations and programs that he produced. His contributions to the many College Productions held during his 28 years on staff were a credit to his strong work ethic and his love of creating and designing.

Marilyn was also a member of staff from 1999 to 2006, working in the finance office. Marilyn continued her association with Nagle College through volunteering in the Canteen on a regular basis as well as exam supervision for the VCAA exams.

Robin and Marilyn's three children - Kellie-Jane (Class of 1990), Heath (Class of 1993) and Perri (Class of 2002) - all attended Nagle College. Robin and Marilyn have now left the Bairnsdale area after 40 years, making the move to East Melbourne to be closer to their children and grandchildren.

We wish Robin and Marilyn all the very best for this next stage in their lives, and thank them for their many contributions to our College and wider community over 40 years.
